At Annavi, each candle is hand poured with care. Because our products are handmade and personal in nature, we have the following refund policy in place.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of candles and home fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or issues related to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Local Delivery & Pickup
For local deliveries and pickups, all items are considered final sale once delivered or collected. Please inspect your order at the time of receipt.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within [2 hours] of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
